Admission Procedure

Registration

1. The academic year of the school is from April to March. Admission is taken in February-March.

2. The prospectus with the application form shall be available from the school office during the prescribed hours.

3. Registration Form will be issued in the name of the Child & it is Nontransferable.

4. Registration Fee is not refundable.

Note: Registration does not guarantee admission; it will be subjected to merit and availability of seats.

Requirements

1. Birth Certificate as in the case of LKG, UKG, for classes I and above, transfer certificates from the school last attended.

2. A written test and interview will be taken. Admission will be taken on the basis of merit.

3. Written test, in this case, will be held subjects applicable for that classes (English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, G.K., S.St., Computer & Sanskrit).

 

Admission in Other Classes

 

1. Written test will be held in all the subjects applicable for the respective classes.

2. Admission will be taken on the basis of merit.

 

Admission

1. The list of the children selected for admission will be published on the school Notice board on the date given.

2. The parents shall collect the fee card from the school office and deposit the first instalment of the fees at the time of admission.

3. Admission of the selected children shall be taken on the assigned days. Those who fail to respond shall forfeit their chance.

4. Certificates and Reports: The following documents are essential at the time of admission.

    1. TRANSFER CERTIFICATE from the school last attended.
    2. Mark list (Report Card) in the original.
    3. Medical Fitness Certificate: Performa will be given from the school after the results are declared. The fitness must be certified by a physician in Govt. Service.
    4. Recent passport size photographs of the child.
    5. Residential proof.
    6. The presence of the parents of the student to be admitted is compulsory during the Admission. No representation will be accepted.
